At Alphytetech, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may require a refund request. This policy explains when and how refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• The delivered service does not meet the agreed project specifications.

• A project cannot be completed due to an error on our part.

• The cancellation request is submitted within the permitted refund period (see Section 3).

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed and delivered digital services.

• Change of mind after work has started.

• Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of client response.

• Third-party costs (e.g., hosting, advertising platforms, domain registration fees).

3. Cancellation & Refund Request Timeline

• Website Development & Design: Requests must be made within 3 days of project start. Once work has begun, only partial refunds may be issued.

• Social Media Marketing & Advertising: No refunds after campaigns are set up and launched.

• SEO & Digital Services: Requests must be made within 5 days of service start, provided that no significant work has been completed.

• Graphic Design & Branding: No refunds once design drafts are approved.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued. The refund amount will be based on the proportion of work already completed, with deductions for delivered portions.

5. Refund Process

• Clients must submit a refund request with service details and the reason for the request.

• The request will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Third-Party Costs

When a service involves third-party providers (e.g., advertising platforms, hosting companies, domain registrars), refunds are subject to the policies of those providers. Alphytetech is not responsible for their refund decisions.
