3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may be subject to change.

• A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• Late payments may result in service suspension or project delays.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

• No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed and delivered.

5. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated timelines will be communicated before the start of the project.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials) may extend the project duration.

• Urgent requests may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• All original work remains the property of Alphytetech until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.

• We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

7. Confidentiality

• All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• Data provided by the client will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

• Some services (such as hosting or advertising) may rely on third-party providers.

• Alphytetech is not responsible for downtime, service changes, or failures caused by these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Alphytetech is not liable for technical failures, third-party issues, or financial losses arising from the use of our services.

• Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.

• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts.
